Tokyo Art Book Fair 23—26 November 2023
Museum of Contemporary Art, Tokyo

PrintRoom joined the Tokyo Art Book Fair with a curated collection of publications and works by other publishing platforms. As part of the public programme, artist Erika Hirose was present to sign her book—Making Miso—which we published in collaboration with Twofold Press (2022).

PrintRoom

PrintRoom's TABF picks were presented from 15th to 30th March 2024 at its Rotterdam reading room. The opening event (March 15th) featured a presentation of Tropical Readings: Photobook & Self-Publishing (Fotobook DUMMIES Day) in the presence of Liu Chao-tze (online), Lin Junye (online), and Matt Johnston. PrintRoom's Tokyo travel companion, Ruth van Beek, also presented her latest publication: The Oldest Thing (which she also signed during the TABF). Snacks were curated by Erika Hirose (WAKEAT), author of Making Miso (2021, PrintRoom, Two Fold Press).
The opening event was organised in collaboration with Limestone Books (Maastricht).|
